Disabled Access

1. Accessible bedroom – this is a Classic Double room.
2. Disabled car park spaces.

We do have a lift but it only goes to the first floor due to being a grade one listed building.

There is one accessible double in our main house and one in our annex building.

 

For Hotel Reservations

A reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Castle Bromwich hall hotel  Hall. Any reservation/s cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date (or within 14 days for bookings of five rooms or more) is liable to be charged for unless we are able to re-let the accommodation to another guest.

All bookings require a card for pre-authorisation on arrival before room keys will be issued.

All fines including smoking, damages and disruptions start from £200 - all charges will be processed via the pre-authorisation take on arrival and completed before departure. A gentle reminder there is to be no professional photography, make up artists or hair dressers permitted in the room without the wedding or event being hosted on site.

 

Arrival And Departure

Bedrooms are guaranteed to be ready by 3pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is by 11am on the day of departure.

 

Child Policy

We welcome children, we can provide cots or zbeds for an additional £20

 

Credit Card Payment

American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit/debit cards are accepted.  We do not accept Diners Club.

Smart casual clothing.

 

Smoking Policy

In line with National Legislation, Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel is a NON-SMOKING HOTEL, including all public rooms, bedrooms and suites.  A deep cleaning charge of £200 per day will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected in your room.

Pet Policy

We do allow dogs into the hotel, rooms and lounge bar however, they are not permitted in the main dining room. To stay in a bedroom this is at £20 additional fee.

 

Valuables And Keys

The Hotel cannot accept liability for items left in bedrooms or public areas.
